Kendra VonDiesenroth (The Wave cover shoot - v06 i02) 2006.01.20

The following is a Wave Magazine photo shoot with model Kendra vonDiesenroth for our annual Health & Fitness issue http://goodeye.smugmug.com/gallery/1177540/1/55034486]. Kendra's mother helped us out with the makeup and the mask. I cut a hole in a piece of cardboard and arranged all the cucumbers around her face. The lighting consisted of two alien bees strobes firing towards the ceiling to create very diffuse light with very soft shadows. Props to Mario Salice, one of my Graphic Designers, for the concept and help with the shoot.
