![Nicole Jacob (The Wave TEST cover shoot - v05 i16) 2005.07.28 : We met up with Nicole at her job [Cardiff Lounge, Downtown Campbell, owned by the infamous Sam Ramirez] to take meet the winner of "Best Bartender" and to see if she had potential for a cover shot on The Wave Magazine. Kendra's mother helped us out with the makeup and the mask. I cut a hole in a piece of cardboard and arranged all the cucumbers around her face. The lighting consisted of two alien bees strobes firing towards the ceiling to create very diffuse light with very soft shadows.
